A: It is a government-led initiative under the Lembaga Pelesenan Kenderaan Perdagangan (LPKP) Programme. The service covers 8 fixed routes across Kota Kinabalu, connecting the city center (KK Sentral) to suburbs like Penampang, Menggatal, Putatan, and the Kota Kinabalu International Airport (KKIA).

A: There are two types of unlimited travel passes:

- KAD KONSESI: Provides unlimited free rides for eligible Malaysian citizens. There is a one-time RM10 fee for the card, but registration is free.

Q: Can children (7–12 years old) use their MyKid to pay for the bus?
A: No, you cannot use MyKid to pay for the bus. Therefore, student age (7-12 years) should register for the physical Kad Konsesi as per mention at question 2(A)(2).
Q: Can I share my Kad Konsesi with my friends or family member?
A: The Kad Konsesi is strictly for the registered owner’s use only. Lending or sharing the card is prohibited, if a violation is detected, the cardholder will be subject to legal consequences.
Q: What are the consequences of littering on board the bus?
A: Maintaining cleanliness is mandatory. Any passenger caught littering will be subject to penalty.

3. Privacy & Personal Data (PDPA)

A: To provide our services, we collect your name, NRIC number, telephone number, and email address. If applicable, we may also collect payment details or sensitive data (such as health/disability status) for concession verification.

A: Your data is used to validate and process subscriptions and payments. Perform internal audits and data analysis. Communicate updates, newsletters, or promotional materials. Comply with legal obligations and prevent crime.
4. Lost & Found
Q: What is the procedure for replacing a lost Kad Konsesi?
A: You are required to file a police report and email a copy to feedback@jaguhbayu.com.my for verification
Q: How will I know when to collect my replacement card?
A: Our customer service team will send an email confirmation about your transaction. Once received, you may visit nearby counter to collect your new card
Q: Is there a fee for the replacement card?
A:A standard replacement charge of RM10 applies for all lost concession cards.
Q: What is the warranty for a faulty card?
A: The warranty provided for the card as per below:
- For Kad Konsesi, you will get Free replacement within 7 days of issuance if found faulty. No warranty applies after this period.
- For MyKad, If the chip is faulty, please proceed to Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara (JPN) for replacement.
5. Cancellation & Refund
Q: Can I get a refund after a successful subscription?
A: Refunds is not allowed once transaction is completed via counter or the LUGO App.
Q: May I cancel subscription for Kad 30 Hari?
A: Once registration is done, cancellation cannot be made and it will be running for 30 days.
Q: Is a refund available upon cancellation?
A: Non-refundable
Q: If my Kad 30 Hari has expired in the past 2 month, may I renew the subscription?
A: Yes, you may renew your subscription after previous 30-day pass has expired.
